Spicy Night Out: Sheer Top, Silver Heels, Red Lip...

Hello all! 

I love this look that I am sharing with you today! I have really fully embraced this sheer look and I am not looking back! 

I wore this look out to an event recently and got several compliments on it! 

Black and silver are a killer color combo generally speaking. If ever I need a really sharp look or want to turn up the heat, that is the combo I turn to! And the red lip? That is just the chef's kiss! 

I feel like this sheer, lacy top elevates this look to another level! I think when styling sheer pieces, it is important to find balance. For example, with the sheer skirt a few posts back, I made sure to pair a longer blazer with it so my butt and upper thighs were not completely exposed. 

With this lacy top, I opted for a full coverage bra from I.C. London. I did not want a lot of cleavage showing since it is sheer. I think leaving more to the imagination is sexier than putting everything out there! 

Also, I paired higher waisted paper-bag shorts for a more polished look. It has a bit of coverage, and I love the contrast between the lace and the pleather materials.
