Hello and TGIF!! Amiright?

Today I am sporting these red hot beauties! I went to Off Broadway Shoes looking for one thing and fell in love with these beautiful girls! They are amazingly comfortable to wear out and about, and I cannot wait to pair these bad girls with other looks! 

The rest of the look is pretty casual, I mean, its Friday! Why not!?

Happy Monday! 

I am excited to share this lovely dress with you! It caught my eye right away on the LOFT website. So I rushed over to the nearest store to grab one, of course they didn't have it in stores yet. Rats! I ended up ordering it online. I was so excited when it got here,, and I love the way it fits and feels! 

I feel like a queen when I wear this. The fit and the color are both perfect for this summer season. The tiered design creates a unique silhouette, but my favorite part of it is the way it flows in the wind, when I walk. It creates such a lovely, elegant vibe. My only issue -of course- is the length. It is a tiny bit long in the back. I may have to take it to be hemmed possibly. 

Otherwise, it completely embraces the summer season in a fun and cool way! I can't wait to try pairing it other ways. (I paired it with a denim jacket earlier but it was far too hot to actually use for a shoot today.)

Happy Friday!

And TGIF! It has been a long week for me! Very busy... and hot! I'm looking forward to the weekend ahead.

For today's post, it is all about classic pieces and texture. First up: distressed jeans. You can never go wrong with distressed jeans in my opinion. Whether you wear them dressed down -with sandals and a loose tank or tee- or dressed up -like I chose for today's post, they are easy and effortless.

The top I paired it with is one of my favorites that -regrettably- gets forgotten more often than not. I have only worn it a handful of times and I always love it when I do wear it. The dramatic, asymmetrical ruffle adds character and texture as well.

Throw on some killer heels and you've got a perfect look for date nights or nights out on the town.
