Hello and Happy Monday! 

Today's post is kind of a two-part post; one being the continuation of my LOFT shopping haul a few days ago, and my Greek Glasses find! 

First off I'll start with I realize I look goofy in this picture. It just came to me on a whim and decided to go with it. When it turned out better than I expected, I kept it. In my defense, I'm exhausted today. I got very little sleep last night, so my decision making skills..... they may not be as on point as they could be today! Bare with me though! 

So this sweat shirt was another find from LOFT, and its so cute and comfortable, how could I resist!? It is easily something I could wear out to the beach -I want to go on a beach trip soon!- or two a casual lunch, running errands When it gets colder I can pair it with skinny jeans or leggings and boots. The thing I love about it is that the material is not too heavy. It will keep you warm for sure -it would have been great last week with the cold front that came through! But it is not so heavy you'll burn up. In the fall/winter, it will be great to layer! 

Another plus, it is simple in style and design. So it will be easy to style for future pairings!

Hello and Happy Friday!! 

Today I'm sharing with you my new favorite pair of shades! They are from Greek Glasses, which I learned of by way of Instagram. I'm often hesitant when companies come to me through Instagram. I like to do my research and find out what to expect; what their products are like, their history, what the reviews are like... etc (I highly recommend doing this, especially when online shopping!) 

This company, fares well! It was founded in 2015 by a sorority in LA. The reviews were positive. The selection is amazing! I fell for these studded "All Nighter" shades! (I may get the cat-eye pair as well!) They have a lot of different shades; different colors, shapes, styles... you name it! The prices are reasonable. And what I like most about it is the way it comes packaged. I love this about Shein.com as well! 

It comes packaged neatly in a sturdy box, in a plastic sleeve to prevent damages. And it comes with a cloth to clean away smudging. I love that it comes so delicately packaged because it shows me how much they value their product. They love it, they want you to love it, and they want to insure that it arrives in pristine condition. Plus it makes you, as a customer, feel valued. 

I definitely would recommend checking it out!

​Shades: Greek Glasses 

Hello and Happy Monday! 

I'm wearing pants on here for the first time in forever! And it feels..... weird! 

I got used to it pretty quick! ;) And these particular wide legged trouser pants are a piece from my LOFT shopping haul. I wanted to find something different and struck gold with these comfortable, colorful pants!

I paired it with another LOFT find, this lilac colored blouse. I was initially drawn in by the simplicity of the top and -of course- the puff sleeves. It fits so comfortably! Very soft and airy. I found a skirt that might have been what the top was supposed to paired with. And while I'm sure I'll pair it with the skirt at some point, I'm really enjoying this color contrast!

Happy FRIDAY!!!

Just a quick and relatively casual post for today. 

I haven't worn pants on the blog in quite sometime! Not going to lie, it feels weird... ;) But I am heading into this weekend with distressed jeans and what I consider to be a bat-winged top. I only describe it that way based on the picture above! It has been one of my favorite tops for quite some time. 

I wear it a lot, especially when I'm going casual. Although I have dressed it up with heels, dramatic accessories, and/or a statement bag. I just cannot let it go! I love it! Its cute, its comfortable, and it is easy to style! 

Now I am off to LOFT to check out some of their new arrivals! IF everything goes as planned, hopefully I'll have  more to share if not on my stories, maybe on the blog!

Hello and Happy Monday! 

This look I'm sharing with you today is one that I stumbled upon. I recently treated myself to a small, very belated birthday shopping trip at Target. I fell in love with these shoes and had some ideas for them right away. Neon colors are very trendy right now. I've seen it all from shoes, to bags, to nail polish, to even eyeliner!? Who knew?! 

While I'm not completely sold on the eyeliner at the moment, these strappy, yellow bad boys had my name all over them! I LOVE the color and design. The combination is a great summery look. I also love the heel. I personally love the thicker heel. It dresses up the look without looking overly dressy and it is comfortable to wear. 

I really love the contrast in this outfit. I knew what I was going for; an all blue outfit that would allow the heels to really pop. It isn't often that my ideas pan out as well as this one did! It came out as well as I had pictured in my mind. Bonus points too because I incorporated some fun features like the ruffled bell sleeves and the structured wing bag. Plus that extra shade of blue is lovely!

Hey! Hello! 

A quick post for today! 

I'm in the midst of doing a belated birthday shopping hall! I do this most years but this year I'm clearly very behind. But I did get to Target last Friday! And Found these numbers! 

I LOVE this dress so much! Its so simple and yet so lovely! I LOVE the yellow heels with it! Both are new! 

Its such a casual look but has potential to be a dressed up look!

Hello and Happy Friday!! 

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th! 

Today I'm sharing one of my all time favorite pieces! I swear this skirt has proven time and time again to be one of my best purchases! It is a beautiful skirt for one thing! I love the length, the color, the pleats, the way it flows when I walk, the fact that it is airy and breathable -especially with these ridiculously hot temps lately! 

I really love restyling it with different pieces. Today I brought in another love of mine -leopard print! The dynamic contrast between the two pieces is stunning and makes the look stand apart from other things that I have paired it with. 

And of course why pair a neutral colored bag with it when you could add a an unexpected pop of color?  The bright coral against the baby blue is another dynamic contrast that I happen to love!
