When I shot the pictures for this look, I was NOT cool! Despite that these pants are very light-weight material and despite the crop top, it was still extremely hot! I was sweating buckets!
I expect when I go out to shoot later today, it will be about the same thing.

Today's look has a very 70's vibe to it! It was not intentional but it worked out well all the same!
Last Sunday, one of my besties and I had to run an errand which took us to Walmart. From there we got completely distracted in the clothing section, which is where we came across these pants! We both liked them! I was immediately drawn to the color and the print of this particular pair. (Although there was a beige/brown, ribbed pair that were calling my name as well! I may have to go back...)
On a whim, I went ahead and got them -I mean, it is really hard to beat Walmart prices. I think these were like $10 or $12! But as I thought about it for the rest of the day, I began planning a lot of different looks in my mind. Funny enough, this was actually a look I put together shortly before shooting. The other looks required layers, so I opted for this one because it was the coolest option.
I do think, I am going to have to end up getting them hemmed just a bit. Even with heels, they are a bit too long. You can kind of tell in the pictures because you cannot see the heels!

Good news! I FINALLY got my first vlog up and running on Youtube! I'll post the link down below, but I am so stinkin' proud of it! It took a while to put together, edit, record the voice over narration, and then after all of that I lost it! D: So... I had to begin all over again, but its funny because I think it actually turned out better the second time around.
