I hope you guys are staying cool! In an attempt to remain stylish and yet cool I chose a summer staple piece -a Mossimo shift dress from Target.
Shift dresses are staple pieces in my book whatever the weather because they are easy to style, flattering, and versatile. This particular one I kept eyeing for a while until I finally broke down and grabbed it.
It is a little more form fitting than most shift dresses plus the white flowers against the deep, forest green dress have a fun, summery element. Also, it is a little hard to tell in the pictures but the additional detailing around the sleeves give it a more structured look. I paired it with a Versona bag (restyled many times) and flats!
The taupe colored, Chinese Laundry flats are a new addition to my closet. They are comfy and work perfectly with a number of different ensembles. I have a feeling you maybe seeing a lot of these flats... =)
