And we survived the storm! It was wild though! I hope that everyone was safe and has power, if you don't I hope it is returned soon! When these kind of storms hit -Hurricane Florence was similar- I always feel so much gratitude for what I have. Yes, the storm was very unnerving, scary at times. But I was happy to be at work with people I love and who help me keep calm during tense situations. I was grateful that my family and my friends were safe (and the dogs were not traumatized.) I am grateful it was not as bad as it could have been -although it didn't look like it if you drove through certain areas. We kept power, no damage to the home, my friends were safe, my residents were safe, and the later storms that were predicted to roll through did not. So I am extremely blessed and grateful.
Today I'm continuing my #knitscominatyou series. I personally like this look. Although my mom did not seem to love it as much. I kind of get it a bit. A chunky knit sweater paired with wide legged pants... I'm pretty short and petite it may be overwhelming for my size. I personally don't think so. I LOVE the colors involved in this look. That print against the red pant -LOVE! Actually that was my main inspiration for this look.
Also this circular bag... man, at one point I wanted to take it back. I didn't think I would use it. WELL, now it has become one of my favorite bags! I love it! You can probably tell, I feel like I use it a lot!
Anyway, thank you for reading! And stay safe, I hope everyone is well and safe! Stay tuned, I have some fun posts coming up in the future!
