Happy Hump Day!
This past weekend my Aunt Sherry flew into town. It was a girls' weekend for sure! She and my mom got to spend a lot of time together, and my sister and I got to see her often as well. It was a really nice treat, I hadn't seen her in a few years, but it was almost like no time had passed.
On Sunday my mom and Aunt offered to help me with a blog shoot. It was probably one of the most fun shoots I've done in a long time. My mom did some nice work behind the camera -taking pictures, giving me ideas, directions, and feedback. My Aunt took part in some of the pictures, styling, and also helping me with ideas and feedback.
It was their idea to go to a cemetery -for a Halloween themed post. I think we ultimately got some great shots. Especially with the trees. They were stunning!
I chose a relatively casual look. An asymmetrical skirt from Newchic.com, a graphic tee (one of my favorites), and a denim jacket. A breathable, comfortable look for this abnormally warm November day. (Walking through grass and standing on the hill in some of the pictures in heels was not easy though!) ;)
